I found this clip from The Secret that gave me the idea for a gratitude rock. It's nice to have an object to prompt you to think of something you're grateful for... some of us get so busy that we forget to take the time to appreciate what we already have. It's hard not to smile when you think about your pet, your significant other, your health, etc.
